The current Incentive Program ends on December 31, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. EST. All qualifying applications started* before this date will be eligible to receive this incentive offer.

For an application to be considered “started” the online application must be completed and submitted and the applicant must upload his/her ID.

If you started your application on or prior to December 31, 2022, and MPOWER approved your loan, we will process your reward within 60 days once your loan agreement is signed and funds are disbursed to your school.

MPOWER Financing, Public Benefit Corporation (“MPOWER”) of 1101 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 900, Washington, District of Columbia 20036, and other affiliates (collectively, “we,” “MPOWER” or “Company”) may, from time to time, offer the opportunity to earn incentives while applying for an MPOWER loan before a deadline (“MPOWER Incentive Program” or “program”).  Participants in the  MPOWER Incentive Program are subject to MPOWER Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for the Incentive Program. MPOWER reserves the right to amend the terms of the Incentive Program, Terms of Service, and/or Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. By participating in the Incentive Program or any promotions similar to the Incentive Program, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and these Terms & Conditions for the Program.

Any student, or applicant who has already applied has been accepted to school, and submitted an application on or after November 30, 2022 ,  qualifies for the Incentive Program. An applicant needs to upload their ID in the application process before December 31, 2022. Once MPOWER has received your ID, you will receive an email that you are potentially eligible for the reward.

An applicant must upload all requested documents and be approved for a loan. After MPOWER makes its first loan disbursement to the applicant, they receive US$200 via PayPal in their bank account or a US$200 gift card on their personal email, within 60 days, if PayPal does not operate in their country.

To be “eligible” for the Incentive Program, an applicant must:

•   Be at least 18 years old
•   Have applied or been accepted to a listed MPOWER school in the US or Canada.
•   Upload their ID and submit an application on or before December 31, 2022.
•   Not be an employee of MPOWER or any of its or their subsidiaries, third-party servicers, agents, affiliates, promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members.

A qualified applicant for Incentive Program means:

• The applicant needs to upload their ID and submit their application on or before December 31, 2022, and complete their application by uploading the requested documents.
• Once the application for the applicant has been processed and approved by MPOWER, and MPOWER has made its first loan disbursement to the applicant, a US$200 reward will be awarded to the applicant within 60 days.
• The applicant has not previously applied for an MPOWER student loan (regardless of the email address or alias).

Rewards are subject to verification. MPOWER may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. They may also refuse to verify and process any transaction MPOWER deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or beliefs will impose potential liability on MPOWER, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents.

All of MPOWER’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a qualified applicant or reward is verified.

MPOWER Loans are available to undergraduate and graduate, domestic and international students enrolled at eligible universities or working in the U.S. after graduation. MPOWER reserves the right to cancel or amend the Incentive Program, including these Terms & Conditions, in its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. MPOWER reserves the right to disqualify you from the Incentive Program if you violate any of the Incentive Program’s Terms & Conditions, or otherwise abuse this program, as determined by MPOWER in its sole and absolute discretion.
